BEST OF DAY 2 - COLOR

The artist may also enter the piece in the other category if he wishes, provided that it fits with the description of the certain category and pays for the necessary fees.

Uses only black ink to create bold high-contrast designs, from thick outlines and solid “skin spaces” to large, filled areas in black out tattoos and intricate geometric or tribal patterns. Minimum size is approximately 5x10 inches.

It could be polynesian, Samoan, Hawaiian, Filipino etc. Inspired by traditional tattoo styles with a modern twist.

DAY 2 - BEST NEW ARTIST
Tattoo entry must be at least 10 x 6 inches in size. Open design and any color.
Artist Eligibility
The artist must have been in the field of tattooing for no longer than 3 years.
Proof of evidence (e.g., a portfolio, business license start date, or other documentation) must be submitted to the event organizer.
False claims will result in automatic disqualification and forfeiture of any awards

DAY 2 - BEST FEMALE KAPATIK ARTIST

Open to all female kapatik tattoo artist exhibitors. Open design and open color. At least 6x10 inches in size and can be made in 1 or 2 days inside the venue of Kapatik.
